Position OverviewWork closely with the Maintenance Shift Leader or Coordinator to support day‐to‐day operations. This role involves carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks on equipment, tools, and facility infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out routine and complex maintenance activities on facility systems, buildings, and equipment (e.g., preventive servicing of conveyors, sorters, ASRS units, and other machinery; placing material orders; relocating equipment, etc.).Complete and document daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists for building systems and equipment.Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues whenever they arise.Work with technical support teams from material‐handling equipment suppliers (such as Crisplant and Intelligrated) to resolve operational problems.Manage the Coopervision spare‐parts inventory on a daily basis, including cycle counts and stock adjustments.Coordinate and oversee external contractors performing work on‐site.Required QualificationsTechnical CompetenciesProficiency with Microsoft Office tools.Basic understanding of low‐voltage electrical panels (TGBT).Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, including the ability to interpret technical drawings.Ability to perform maintenance on tools and building systems according to preventive maintenance schedules.High attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with hydraulics, automation, and conveyor systems.Experience with Siemens S7 is an advantage.General SkillsFluency in French and a solid working knowledge of English.Strong technical aptitude.Behavioral CompetenciesAdaptability and flexibility.Solid organizational abilities.Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various teams (Outbound, Inbound, Replenishment, and subcontractors).Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.Team‐oriented mindset, collaborating closely with fellow technicians and shift leadership.Ability to propose operational improvements and support decision‐making processes.Continuous improvement mindset and openness to change.Problem‐solving ability, including analyzing issues and identifying solutions.Work EnvironmentIndustrial/production setting.May require lifting up to 35 kg occasionally.Position involves working in a logistics environment with occasional Saturday and night shifts.Significant time spent walking; limited time seated.ExperienceBetween 0 and 3 years of experience in a similar role.Knowledge of conveyor systems is beneficial.Comfortable with IT tools, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.EducationPreferred: Electromechanical Technician A2 qualification.BA4 certification required.Desired Skills and ExperienceMaintenanceFrenchPneumaticsHydraulicsMedical DevicesMDRISO13485Automation
