Much of what they build is invisible until it really matters.They are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their team in Mechelen.You will help shape how software moves from idea to reality, ensuring that environments and infrastructure supports growth. The work sits close to development, with a strong connection to a Java-based stack and a preference for automation.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using JenkinsContainerise and manage applications using DockerSupport and improve deployment, build and release processesCollaborate closely with developers working in a Java ecosystemImprove system reliability, observability and repeatabilityIdentify and reduce operational complexity over timeWhat they are looking forStrong experience with Docker and container-based workflowsHands-on knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD best practicesBackground in, or strong affinity with, Java-based systemsA preference for clean, well-understood solutionsA collaborative, thoughtful approach to engineering workDutch speaking preferredThe offerJoining a genuinely exciting, impactful team with complex day-to-day workA small, human-scale team where you can actually have an impactSpace to influence architecture and tooling choicesA stable base in Mechelen, with flexibility built on trustFlexible hybrid working optionsSalary up to €6.5k, dependent on interview processFull benefits package including company car+12 ADV days
