Join the Lutosa adventure and be part of our storyRole :Imagine a key role where you are responsible for marketing support for specific clients and defined geographic areas. You identify growth opportunities, anticipate client needs, and understand market trends to develop tailored strategies. At every step, you are the central figure in aligning marketing and sales, guiding the company towards sustainable growth and tangible results. Your mission? Turning opportunities into concrete actions and implementing customized marketing plans to ensure the success of your clients and territories.Implementthe marketing strategy for certain types of customers and specific areas, in line with the group's objectives.Analyze trends and competitors to spot the best opportunities for growth.Manage and track marketing budgets, to maximize impact in targeted regions.Creation of Targeted Media PlansDevelop media plans adapted to local specificities and brand positioning.Support key products by defining the messages to be highlighted.Follow new media trends and international benchmarks to anticipate developments.Optimize campaign impact with results-based adjustments.Boost Sales & InnovationRepresent market needs to guide innovation and product launches.Propose optimization solutions to boost sales and adjust the portfolio.Activate marketing levers to increase volumes.Internal Coordination & SupportsCreate effective sales supports: pitches, presentations, tools.Facilitate collaboration with internal teams (logistics, production) to ensure the proper execution of actions.Be a relay between the sales teams and the company, ensuring fluid communication.Profile : Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communication – you have the essentials to make a difference.Experience: 6 years of experience in marketing or sales. You have expertise in media buying and in the management of communication campaigns.Human qualities: You have excellent interpersonal skills, with a keen commercial sense. You are assertive, adaptable and creative. Team spirit comes naturally to you, and travel (2 to 4 times a year) is a plus for you.Languages: Bilingual in French and English (oral and written). An additional language related to your geographical area is an asset.Technical skills: You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of tools such as ERP, DAM, BI and Adobe or a CRM is a plus.Why join us?
