Intro Wil jij meebouwen aan een snelgroeiend, internationaal scale-up verhaal in de duurzame mobiliteit?Dit jonge en ambitieuze bedrijf is actief in meerdere Europese grootsteden en zet volop in op innovatie en groei. Je werkt in een ondernemende omgeving met slimme en gedreven collega's waar data en strategie hand in hand gaan. Hier krijg je ownership, ruimte om impact te maken en de kans om écht het verschil te bepalen.Functie In deze rol werk je op het kruispunt van strategie, data en marketing. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste producten op het juiste moment en tegen de juiste prijs bij de klant terechtkomen. Geen dag is hetzelfde want je schakelt constant tussen analyseren, meedenken en optimaliseren.Concreet betekent dit dat je je bezighoudt met:Het vertalen van data en marktinzichten naar slimme beslissingen rond assortiment, pricing en marges Het ondersteunen van het sourcingteam: welke modellen moeten beschikbaar zijn Het uitdenken en verfijnen van pricingstrategieën zodat de producten snel roteren én rendabel verkocht worden Samen met de marketingcollega's meewerken aan campagnes en experimenten (A/B testing, funnel optimalisatie en nieuwe productlanceringen) Concurrentie en trends in de gaten houden en dit vertalen naar concrete verbeterkansen Adviseren over groei-initiatieven en strategieën om klanten beter te bereiken en te activerenProfiel Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van data vertalen naar concrete acties en impact maken op de business Je hebt een achtergrond in business, economie of data en hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in een analytische rol (category management, pricing, revenue manager etc.)Cijfers, marktinzichten en pricing kennen geen geheimen voor jouJe schakelt vlot tussen analytisch en creatief denken: de ene dag doe je een deep dive in data, de andere dag denk je mee over campagnes of nieuwe productlanceringen Je communiceert helder en overtuigend (je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels - Frans is een plus) Je voelt je thuis in een scale-up omgeving waar verandering de norm is en waar initiatief nemen beloond wordtAanbod Een uitdagende rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid en automatie in een groeiende internationale omgeving De kans om mee te bouwen aan een scale-up in volle expansie, met directie impact op de business Hybride werkmodel: 3 dagen op kantoor en 2 thuiswerkdagen Competitief salarispakketMogelijkheid tot een aandelenpakket 27 vakantiedagen GSM-abonnement en laptop Een dynamische, ondernemende en ambitieuze bedrijfscultuur waar vertrouwen, ownership en persoonlijke groei centraal staan
