You are not just a consultant: you grow with us while making an impact for our clients.At Phinest, you'll find the right balance between professional growth, meaningful projects, and a collaborative environment.Position: Trilingual Learning & Development Specialist to support learning and certification programs in a dynamic, corporate environment.Responsabilities:Coordinate and oversee learning and certification programs across various roles and business unitsDevelop and manage certification schedules with training teams and key stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiencyParticipate in certification sessions and act as the main contact for trainers, managers, and participantsMonitor and analyze certification results, ensuring accurate reporting in the LMSProvide constructive feedback and recommendations to support continuous employee developmentDesign and update training methodologies in line with corporate goals, standards, and compliance requirementsLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning impact, efficiency, and engagementEnsure adherence to quality and ISO standards across all training and certification processesManage training budgets and monitor associated costs to align with organizational objectivesIdentify training and development needs in collaboration with HR and business leadersSupport career development by aligning learning opportunities with both individual and business prioritiesAct as a brand ambassador, promoting a strong learning culture within the organization and partner networkSkills and Qualifications:Master's degree in Management, Business, Human Resources, or a related field5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Project Management, or PMO rolesFluent in French, Dutch, and English; German is an advantageStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a structured corporate environmentExperience in complex networks or multi-brand environments is a plusWhat we offer:Our focus is to develop a long-term collaboration with our talented consultants.
