NOVATalenta is expanding in Belgium and is looking for a Partner with a strong focus on business development, who is already active in the development of B2B services and keen to evolve in the world of people business, leadership consulting and talent.We are looking for a professional who is driven by business development, comfortable with building relationships and creating opportunities, and who enjoys building lasting relationships of trust with executives and investors within a structured, premium and entrepreneurial environment.Who we areNOVATalenta supports executives, entrepreneurs and investors on critical talent-related issues through two complementary areas of expertise:Talent Advisory: Structuring and optimising the talent function (acquisition, onboarding, HR governance) by combining expertise, processes and technology, with a strong focus on aligning governance, leadership and operations.Talent Solutions: Securing key high-stakes roles: executive search, strategic recruitment and interim management assignments.Your role: develop, connect, growAs a NOVATalenta Partner, your role is primarily business and relationship-oriented.
