Business Development Manager – EV ChargingLocation: Antwerp, BelgiumSalary - Rewarding and competitive, Variable, Car/AllowanceAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in EV charging solutions to drive growth in the Belgian and wider Benelux market. Based in Antwerp, you will play a key role in expanding our commercial footprint, building strategic partnerships, and accelerating the adoption of smart charging infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the EV charging ecosystem (CPOs, fleet operators, real estate, utilities, municipalities, and partners)Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closingDevelop strategic partnerships and long-term customer relationshipsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in e-mobilityWork closely with technical, project, and marketing teams to deliver tailored customer solutionsRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunitiesYour ProfileProven experience in business development or sales within EV charging, e-mobility, energy, or infrastructureStrong understanding of AC/DC charging, charging networks, and related business modelsExcellent commercial and negotiation skillsSelf-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approachFluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus)Willingness to travel within Belgium and the Benelux regionWhat They OfferA key commercial role in a fast-growing and future-focused industryCompetitive salary package with performance-based incentivesCompany car or mobility budgetOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentA dynamic, international, and sustainability-driven work environment
