Ter versterking hiervan zoeken we een jurist, die zich specialiseert in arbeidstijden en -verloven met al doel de werkomstandigheden te optimaliseren. Als juridisch adviseur volg je de wetgeving op Belgisch en Europees niveau op de voet, adviseer je proactief intern, en vertaal je juridische evoluties naar werkbare, toekomstgerichte oplossingen voor de organisatie.FunctiebeschrijvingJe formuleert proactief aanbevelingen voor aanpassingen van de regelgeving zodat deze in lijn zijn met trends en wijzigingen in de Belgische of Europese wetgeving.Je houdt je bezig met benchmarking, analyse en rapportering. In dit kader werk je mee aan diverse verbeterprojecten en bied je strategische ondersteuning aan het management.Je zorgt voor een efficiënte communicatie tussen de betrokkenen bij projecten en implementeert de eindresultaten.Je bent dé aanspreekpersoon die expertise aan de interne klant aanlevert inzake werktijden, verlof...Je ontwikkelt mee trainingen en geeft zelf regelmatig opleiding.ProfielJe hebt een masterdiploma Rechten met minstens 3 jaar ervaring in HR of arbeidsrecht.Relevante ervaring binnen Human Resources/Personeelszaken/Sociale Wetgeving/Sociaal secretariaat/Payroll/Benchmarking is een plus.Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt kritisch en bent oplossingsgericht.Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijkJe bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen in een team.Aanbod Wij bieden een boeiende job met een vast contract in een stabiel en innovatief bedrijf, met talrijke opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden.Er heerst een grote flexibiliteit in werktijden en verlof, ten voordele van de balans tussen werk en privé (3 dagen thuiswerk).Bij deze functie hoort een aantrekkelijk loonpakket :salaris in lijn met ervaring en competenties, loonrange ligt tussen 4200€ en 5500€contract onbepaalde duur 38/36uglijdende werktijdenmogelijkheid tot 3 dagen telework/weekjaarpremiemaaltijdchequesfietsvergoedinghospitalisatie- tand- en ambulante zorgen verzekeringgroepsverzekering aan zeer gunstige voorwaardeninteressante voorwaarden voor openbaar vervoer20 verlofdagen + 13 kredietdagen
