Freelance Quality Control & Quality Assurance ConsultantAmoria Bond – Belgium (Hybrid / On-site)Sector: PharmaceuticalLocation: BelgiumContract: 6–12 months | Extension possibleEngagement: Freelance / Contract only (no permanent positions)Key skills: Quality Control, Quality Assurance, GMP, Batch Review, Deviations, CAPA, Pharma Manufacturing, DocumentationThe roleWe are currently supporting a pharmaceutical organisation in Belgium that is looking to engage an experienced freelance Quality Control / Quality Assurance consultant to support ongoing GMP activities.This is an active contract vacancy open to freelancers or contractors only.Depending on the project requirements, the role can be on-site or hybrid, with flexibility where possible.Responsibilities (scope may vary slightly per project)Quality Control (QC):Performing QC activities within GMP-regulated environmentsBatch record review and release supportManaging deviations, investigations, OOS/OOTSupporting inspections and audit readinessEnsuring compliance with regulatory and internal quality standardsQuality Assurance (QA):QA oversight of manufacturing and laboratory activitiesReview and approval of quality documentation, SOPs, and change controlsManaging CAPAs, risk assessments, and quality eventsSupporting internal, customer, and regulatory auditsActing as a quality point of contact for cross-functional teamsProfile requiredProven experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industryStrong knowledge of GMP regulationsAbility to work independently in a contract environment (Freelance)Experience working on project-based assignmentsFluent in English (spoken and written)French and/or Dutch is an advantage, not mandatoryFreelance status is required (self-employed or via consultancy)What's on offerFreelance contract only (no payroll / no permanent option)Initial 6–12 month contract with potential extensionCompetitive daily rate, dependent on experienceOpportunity to work on regulated, high-impact pharma projects in BelgiumSupport from a specialist life sciences recruitment consultantInterested?If you are a freelance QC or QA professional available for a contract role in Belgium, please apply with:Your CVYour contact detailsYour availabilityWe aim to respond as quickly as possible.
