Freelance Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - Belgium | Early Phase OncologyLocation: Belgium-based, remote with on-site visits to a single Belgian siteWork Type: Freelance / ContractFTE: 0.2 FTE (10 hours/week)Industry: Global CRO supporting BiotechContract Length: 12 monthsStart Date: March 2026We are supporting a global CRO on an early phase oncology study. They are seeking an experienced freelance CRA based in Belgium to provide site-level monitoring support at a single investigational site.This is a low-FTE, long-term freelance assignment, ideal for an independent CRA looking to complement an existing portfolio with stable work.The role is home-based with required on-site visits for study start-up and ongoing monitoring activities.Key Responsibilities: Support site start-up and activation activities at a single Belgian sitePerform site initiation visits (SIV) and ongoing monitoring visits (RMV)Ensure compliance with the study protocol, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory requirementsReview and maintain essential documents and TMF completenessAct as the primary CRA contact for the assigned siteWork closely with the study team to ensure timely issue resolution and data qualityWhat we're looking for:5+ years' of experience working as a CRAProven experience working as a CRA in BelgiumStrong background in site start-up and monitoring activitiesExperience supporting early phase oncology studies is highly desirableSolid understanding of ICH-GCP and EU clinical trial regulationsAbility to work independently on a freelance basisIf you're an experienced CRA looking for a low-FTE, long-term freelance role on an early phase oncology study, I'd be happy to discuss further.Please apply directly or contact me via email: Kos.Hatsimeletiou@Meetlifesciences.com
