This division is responsible for the implementation, management, and support of Devices solutions and their environments.The managed workstations include physical PCs (laptops, desktops), VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), local VMs, and mobile devices (smartphones, tablets running Android/iOS)RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO THESE WORKSTATIONS INCLUDE:Device lifecycle management: inventory tracking, orders, end-of-life (EOL), and repair managementModern Management: using Intune, Autopilot, and White Glove for automated deployment and configurationModern Deployment: packaging and deployment of Windows and mobile (Android/iOS) applicationsSupport and operations: L3 incidents, problems, monthly requests, monitoring, and technical reporting Technology watch: anticipating developments and obsolescence, and integrating new features and updates.RESPONSIBILITIES:Installation and configuration of Windows devicesStaging via Intune, Autopilot, and White Glove for automated device deployment and configurationPackaging and deployment of simple Windows applications ("Easy Packages") in support of the main packagerMonitoring and tuning of devicesCreation and maintenance of operational and technical system documentationKIR (Keep IT Running) managementProcessing and tracking of requests from the businessMonitoring of hardware, software, and service providers (support tickets/repair processes, technology watch)Reporting and KPIsUpdating and monitoring of various inventories (Asset Management)Monitoring, creation, and modification of procedures related to the roleTechnical administration and management of the fleet via MDM, ensuring data qualityMobility throughout Wallonia to provide supportSKILLS:Asset Management: Inventory tracking, device lifecycle (EOL), reporting and KPIsGood knowledge of MDM toolsLanguage requirement: French level C2 on the CEFR scaleExpertise sur Windows 10/11 (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for enrollment and configuration of workstations via Windows AutopilotTroubleshooting skills – Diagnosing enrollment-related problems and hardware incidentsProven experience in monitoring and tuning Windows systemsEndpoint management: Expertise on PC (Laptop, Desktop), VDI, VM, smartphones and tablets (iOS/Android)Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIS standardsDemonstrated experience in creating and executing scripts (PowerShell)Proven experience in a similar business context (number of users > 2000)Packaging and deployment of simple Windows applications ("Easy Packages") in support of the main packager
