They have the ambition to expand worldwide.To continue their expansion, they are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Account Manager Retail who can build strong partnerships, drive sales, and develop strategic opportunities with key retailers. You are responsible for achieving sustainable sales growth for international private label clients both in the short and long term. You will oversee a portfolio of commercial partners across different countries, working to drive the development and growth of their private label brands.Your main responsibilities:Strategic Sales & Growth- Create and execute a comprehensive account plan aligned with our private label business.- Develop and implement an annual action plan tailored to your customers' needs.- Take responsibility for accurate and reliable sales forecasts.Client Management & Negotiations - Lead the annual negotiation process with customers, together with the National Account Manager, to secure favorable outcomes.- Manage customer relationships and contracts to meet commercial objectives, ensuring efficient use of budget and resources.Data Analysis & Market Insights- Strong analytical abilities, proactive mindset, and hands-on approach, combined with being a team player, are essential to succeed in this role.- Formulate and execute a profitable pricing and assortment strategy that aligns with market demands.- Analyze key market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.International Network- You need to keep up with the latest retail trends and leveraging this knowledge to further grow the business.- Cultivate and nurture a robust international network within the FMCG sector.End-to-End Responsibility- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales Services Manager, overseeing the administrative, logistical, and financial aspects of customer interactions.- From contracts to logistics, you'll collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless experience for your customers.Requirements: Education - Master's degreeLanguages- French professional level - English professional level- Dutch professional levelCompetencies & Experience- At least 2 years of experience, preferable within the context of FMCG.- You thrive on building private label brands and possess a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit.- You take full ownership of your work, are results-driven, and always aim to deliver high-quality and timely results.- With your proactive mindset and curiosity, you spot opportunities in data and translate them into actionable strategies.- You're an expert in Excel and use it to analyze and drive decisions.- You work independently and adapt easily within the private label team.- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset that drives growth.- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.- A hands-on approach, always ready to dive in and contribute, paired with a strong team player mentality.
