DevSecOps EngineerLocation: Hybrid / RemoteEmployment: contractorAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated DevSecOps Engineer for one of our clients who enjoys combining security, development, and cloud automation.This role is intentionally kept simple: we value mindset, problem-solving skills, and ownership more than a long list of certificates.You will help us build secure, automated, and reliable environments that support our development teams and keep our platforms running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelinesAutomate security processes (scanning, compliance checks, hardening)Work closely with development teams to integrate security into the SDLCManage and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)Monitor systems and proactively improve reliability and securityWhat We're Looking ForWe keep requirements realistic:Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)Basic understanding of cloud platformsFamiliarity with security principles (OWASP, IAM, secrets)Strong automation mindset (Python, Bash, or similar)A proactive, ownership-driven attitudeWillingness to grow and learn new toolsNice to have (not required):Experience with KubernetesKnowledge of container securityHands-on with SIEM/SOAR toolsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsFlexible working hours and hybrid/remote optionsModern engineering environment and toolsA team that values security, automation, and innovationGrowth opportunities within DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Platform EngineeringSupport for training and certifications
