Ben je technisch onderlegd en haal je voldoening uit het testen en presenteren van innovatieve machines? Als Test Department Engineer zorg je ervoor dat de demo's van onze klant tot in de puntjes voorbereid en uitgevoerd worden, met oog voor detail en klantbeleving. Je analyseert testresultaten en vertaalt je inzichten naar heldere adviezen die bijdragen aan productverbetering. Daarnaast zorg je voor het technisch beheer van het machinepark en ondersteun je collega's bij klantgerichte demonstraties. Je werkt nauw samen met het salesteam en denkt actief mee over oplossingen en optimalisaties. In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je techniek, analyse en klantcontact.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Test Department Engineer:Planningen maken en uitvoeren voor de demo machinesDemo's geven aan klanten, soms in samenwerking met collega'sTestresultaten analyseren en rapporteren met bevindingen en aanbevelingenHet machinepark beheren inclusief onderhoudsplanning en technische ondersteuningSamenwerken met het salesteam voor technische ondersteuning tijdens demo's en klantpresentatiesTestprocedures en -methoden optimaliseren voor klantdemonstratiesTechnische problemen identificeren, documenteren en samen met de salesmanager oplossingen aandragenBij welke organisatie kom je terecht?Dit innovatief bedrijf richt zich op het leveren van hoogwaardige machines voor verschillende industriële toepassingen.
