Are you a junior marketeer with already some experience in the pharma / life science sector and interested to join a world leader to support their brand plan execution?JOB SCOPE:This role combines a clear focus on execution of the customer/brand plans with a close collaboration with marketing, digital, medical & sales counterparts.It also requires an ability to prioritize work due to the split responsibilities between several products and to be able to work independently.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Tactical implementation by delivering unparalleled customer experiences:You will help to develop, manage and especially execute the marketing plans.Identify and develop specific projects for executing brand strategy.You will be responsible for collaboration with external agencies to develop innovative and effective customer solutions.You will drive execution of brand strategies through implementation of tactics, integrating and optimizing the channel mix when defining the major tactics.Follow up on approval of marketing materials and projects.Capacity to engage with Internal team:Local Marketing, Digital & Medical: effectively develop cross-functional relationships (meetings FtF/virtual) with all Brand team members to successfully develop and execute the customer plan.Local Sales: capacity to engage Sales Reps to get input – enhance materials – transfer with help of brand ambassadorsCollaboration with Medical DepartmentWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We need a proactive "doer" who combines operational precision with a passion for the pharmaceutical industry.Background: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Medical Sciences.Experience: You have your first experience in Pharma Marketing Mindset: You are highly enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and excel at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Skills: You are a detail-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills and a "can-do" attitude.
