We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer<\/b> to join a leading Belgian company specializing in medium -voltage switch gear solutions<\/b>. This role offers the opportunity to work in the heart of Europe, combining technical innovation with a strong focus on safety and reliability. You will manage R&D projects from concept to industrialization, ensuring high -quality standards and supporting production teams during new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>

Project Management & Development<\/b>
<\/p>

Lead R&D projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence.
<\/li>Develop and improve prototypes, including power switches, load break switches, and other medium -voltage accessories.
<\/li>Design and implement internal tests, redesigns, and industrialization of adapted designs.
<\/li>Write detailed test protocols for technicians and oversee execution.
<\/li>Manage the conversion of prototypes into series production.
<\/li>Provide hands -on support to production during the introduction of new products.
<\/li><\/ul><\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>

Candidate Profile<\/b>
<\/h3>

Education:<\/b> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics.
<\/li>Experience:<\/b> Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
<\/li>Proficiency in 3D design software such as Creo (or willingness to learn).
<\/li>Strong command of English; French is an advantage.
<\/li>Analytical thinker with creative problem -solving skills.
<\/li>Independent, passionate about technology, and adaptable to changing priorities.
<\/li><\/ul>
