Requirements<\/h3>

8â15 yearsâ experience in management consulting or a strategic leadership role, with a strong track record in project and team leadership.
<\/p><\/li>

Deep expertise in at least one of our core domains: Business, Sustainability, or Digital & Data.
<\/p><\/li>

Masters Degree in relevant field<\/p><\/li>

A strong professional network in Belgium and proven ability to originate, close, and deliver projects.
<\/p><\/li>

Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
<\/p><\/li>

An entrepreneurial mindset, fueled by curiosity, creativity, and ambition.
