Key Responsibilities & Opportunities

We will mainly ask you to:

• Take part in the restaurants service during day and evening shifts

• Guide our customers by explaining them our meals and restaurants philosophy

• Be open to growth and development within the team

• Manage phone calls and chat messages to support potential customers in reaching us

• Ensure smooth daily operations by collaborating with your supervisor and the kitchen team

• Keep the dining room clean and tidy, to offer a cozy and welcoming environment

• Lead and/or conduct free food sampling, to engage and attract restaurant clients

• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations, keeping the dining room safe and compliant

• Occasionally deliver our proprietary plant-based meat to our client restaurants in Antwerp

If desired, you will have the opportunity to:

• Propose and organize initiatives for themed events in the restaurant

• Propose and test new ideas that enhance the dining room's workflow and service quality

• Contribute to content creation for our online presence in ideation, definition and execution

• Contribute to menu development by bringing creative, actionable drinks or recipe ideas to life

Your Expertise

• At least 6 months of experience as Waiter, Barista or in a similar role

• You are eligible to legally work in Antwerp

• You have sharp attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind

• You have the enthusiasm to thrive in a startup setting, where flexibility and adaptability are key

• You have a collaborative mindset and are willing to work as a part of a team

• You have the ability to balance hard work with a sense of fun, knowing when to push and to enjoy the moment

• You are genuinely interested in exploring and evolving within the role

• Fluent English is required, and Dutch is a nice-to-have
