We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent consultancy that specialises in helping organisations modernise and elevate their technology capabilities. Their focus is on ensuring that clients have a future\-ready digital ecosystem, supported by the right operating models, governance structures, and transformation programmes to deliver measurable business impact.

In this position, you will join a team that guides organisations through complex technology evolutionsâstrengthening their IT foundations, establishing clear architectural direction, and enabling successful digital transformation journeys.<\/span><\/span>

The Role<\/span><\/span>
<\/h2>

• Partnering with clients to make sure their IT landscape fully supports their strategic ambitions.
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Acting as a trusted technology advisor by analysing current systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending architecture\-led solutions.
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Evaluating digital environments to help clients modernise outdated systems, reduce unnecessary complexity, adopt innovative technologies, and streamline their ability to deliver value.
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Assisting with technology evaluations, solution design, requirements gathering, and vendor selection processes.
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Creating and overseeing architectural frameworks and guidelines that ensure systems work together cohesively across the organisation.
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Establishing governance structures that maintain alignment with business goals, industry standards, and evolving technology trends.
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to anticipate challenges and uncover opportunities for improvement.

• Contributing to the development and growth of the enterprise architecture offering within the firm, collaborating across disciplines to deliver well\-rounded client solutions.<\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  <\/p>

  • Professional experience in enterprise or domain architecture, including hands\-on design and implementation.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Around three years in a consulting or IT architecture position.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Knowledge of cloud environments or data platforms is an advantage.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to convert business needs into clear technical designs and communicate confidently with senior leadership.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Familiarity with major architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate) and experience using modelling tools.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Understanding of IT governance or service\-management standards such as ITIL, IT4IT, or COBIT.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Industry exposure in sectors like Consumer, Energy & Resources, Financial Services, or Life Sciences is beneficial.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • A Masterâs degree in ICT or equivalent experience.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a hands\-on approach.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong analytical abilities, with a pragmatic and proactive attitude to problem\-solving.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Willingness to work in international environments and travel when required.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in French or Dutch.<\/span><\/span>
