Description
- Design and optimization of the new website in accordance with the design system of the Social Security.
- Translating user needs into user-friendly, accessible and consistent digital solutions.
- Evaluate, simplify and improve existing communication channels, such as correspondence, emails and web content.
- Conducting and analyzing user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and user testing.
- Mapping the user experience and customer journey of citizens, employers and other target groups.
- Organize and supervise workshops to gather user insights and identify improvement initiatives.
- Researching and evaluating new communication channels and digital services.
- Drafting wireframes, prototypes, and UX recommendations to support development projects.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and the consistent application of the design system.
