  • We are looking for a Medior Business Analyst with an interest in functional analysis who will delve into the Autodesk InfoAsset Manager application and take an active role in the preparation of the ICT and business go-live.
     
  • The focus is on building functional expertise in the new application, analysing the impact on user operations, developing work instructions and training, supporting test and quality activities and aligning functional questions and problems between business and project team.
     
  • The ideal candidate is a hands-on profile that can quickly process existing knowledge and help ensure a successful transition to the new way of working (adoption). The role supports the business analyst and functional analyst involved by taking on a significant part of the functional implementation and adoption activities.

Main responsibilities :

  • You translate the needs of various internal and external customers/stakeholders into the right business analyses and/or solutions.
  • You combine individual in-depth analysis work with the facilitation of working groups in order to accelerate change among all actors in addition to working together on the right solution.
  • You anticipate any problems in a timely manner by detecting, assessing and escalating the risks and bottlenecks.
  • Familiarize themselves with the existing application and the operation of the two main user groups, including functionality, processes, work instructions and existing training materials.
  • Analyse the impact and differences between the current and future working methods and translate them into concrete impact on the users.
  • Draw up new or adapted work instructions, manuals and supporting documentation together with business users, as well as provide and transfer training.
  • Organize work sessions and coordination moments to get functional questions, ambiguities and decisions in focus in a timely manner.
  • Collecting, structuring and coordinating functional questions with business analyst, functional analyst and project management.
  • Making quality issues, risks, open questions and points for improvement visible to the project team, including by supporting or organizing test sessions.
  • Supporting acceptance, training and go-live activities with the core users.
  • Contribute to backlog preparation and refinement by translating insights from workshops, tests and user feedback into clear functional areas of interest and improvement initiatives.
  • Assess data migration results from a user and business perspective and identify points of attention to the project team.
