Service description:

 

  • A critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and selecting the best candidates for our organization.
  • Focus on driving a candidate-driven approach, ensuring that our recruitment process is efficient, effective, and engaging.

 

    • Responsibility for developing and updating job descriptions, analysing job requirements and objectives, and preparing recruitment materials.
    • Sourcing and recruiting candidates using databases, social media, and other methods, promoting our company as "Top Employer."
    • Partnering – up with HR Business Partners and employer branding experts to ensure that the right campaigns are set up to reach potential talent
    • Screening candidate resumes and job applications, conduct interviews, assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, and participate in onboarding onboard new employees.

 

  • Supporting the creation of an overall recruiting strategy and implementing the best approach for internal customers
  • Monitoring best practices in recruitment and collaborating proactively with HR Business Partners and department managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Participating in internal team meetings & projects

 

Requirements:

  • Master degree in Economics, Human Resources, Psychology,…
  • Pro-active & result oriented – being accountable for his/her deliverables
  • Flexible – have an agile working attitude
  • Teamplayer & Out-of-the box mindset
  • Can-do attitude towards process improvement  
  • Experience in energy sector, infrastructure/engineering sector is a plus
  • Language: Fluent in French and Dutch

Additional information:

Location: Brussels (Keizerslaan 20 – 1000 Brussels)

  • Onsite presence: By default, a physical presence on site is required for 2 days per week.
  • Work regime: Fulltime
  • Meeting and desk activities will be split between the two Elia Group locations in Brussels, and occasionally the 50Hertz Netzquartier in Berlin (2 days working at the office per week on average).
  • In case of travels to Germany, Elia will cover all costs.

  • Possess a work permit allowing the individual to work in Belgium.
  • Hold a valid residence permit confirming the right of residence in Belgium.
