HR Team Structure

The HR Coordinator reports directly to the HR Manager. Together, we ensure smooth HR operations and deliver a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, supporting both our business services professionals and lawyers in the Brussels office.

What does the job involve?

After a comprehensive training period, you will gradually take ownership of a broad range of HR responsibilities, including:

  • Onboarding and offboarding colleagues to ensure a seamless employee experience. This includes drafting employment contracts, preparing induction programmes, managing registrations with insurance providers and social authorities, and ensuring all procedures are properly completed when someone leaves the firm.
  • Managing personnel administration from A to Z. This includes payroll administration, managing annual leave and absences, insurance matters, maintaining HR databases, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate employee records.
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including drafting and publishing job advertisements, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication, and following up on applications. Following your onboarding period, you will also play an active role in recruitment processes, including conducting first-round interviews for selected business services vacancies and helping identify candidates who will thrive in our collaborative culture.

In addition, you will work closely with the HR Manager and International HR-team on a variety of HR initiatives and projects that support the firm's people strategy and employee experience.

  • You have strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, and enjoy learning new systems and technologies.
  • You are organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
