- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Manage the full lifecycle of business applications
- Work on both new initiatives and business-as-usual activities
- Translate business needs into functional and practical requirements
- Document processes, applications, and procedures
- Ensure stability, quality, and performance of applications
- Execute program testing and interface testing
- Prepare test documentation in collaboration with testing teams
- Support and manage release processes
Requirements
Must Have:
- 2–5 years of experience as Application Manager or similar role
- Strong experience in application lifecycle management
- Experience in bridging business and IT
- Strong documentation and process management skills
- Mainframe knowledge (critical requirement)
- Fluent Dutch and English
Should / Nice to Have:
- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Exposure to KBC environments (strong asset)
- Experience with testing processes and release management
