RELYzIT Talent is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java (Spring Boot) / Angular Developer to join our client’s mission-critical transformation project. You’ll be at the heart of building a next-generation regulatory management application, ensuring full traceability and compliance for a major public administration. What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with internal project teams (project manager, business analyst, Scrum Master) and business experts to refine the backlog and contribute to functional analysis.
• Design robust data models and application architecture in close coordination with the architect.
• Develop and maintain back-end services using Java and Spring Boot, including REST APIs and business logic.
• Build and enhance back-office interfaces for administration staff and integrate front-office features with the existing online portal using Angular.
• Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems via web services (REST, SOAP), including accounting tools and official data sources.
• Implement and uphold security requirements, focusing on authentication, rights management, and secure external exposure.
• Develop and execute automated unit and integration tests; proactively identify and resolve anomalies.
• Lead and execute data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Deploy application increments to administration environments, ensuring each release is tested, versioned, and documented.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including migration scripts and reports.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and delivery.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in back-end Java development with Spring Boot (services, REST API) – Senior level
• Proven experience in front-end development with Angular – Confirmed level
• Strong command of relational databases (Oracle, PLSQL) and SQL – Confirmed level
• Application architecture design and data modeling – Confirmed level
• Experience with regulatory file management applications (workflows, audit trails, traceability) – Junior level
• Integration of geographic data and map features – Junior level
• Web service integration (REST, SOAP) with third-party systems – Confirmed level
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and functional analysis – Junior level
• Understanding of application security (authentication, rights management, external exposure) – Junior level
• Automated testing (unit, integration) and continuous integration – Confirmed level

Language Proficiency

• Fluency in French is mandatory, with the ability to communicate clearly with non-IT business users.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a rigorous approach to documentation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, collaborating effectively with analysts, Scrum Masters, and business teams.
• Commitment to confidentiality and handling of personal data in compliance with regulations.
• Availability for mandatory onsite presence during core hours (9:30 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00 PM–4:00 PM), with an 8-hour workday.
• Ability to adapt quickly to detailed activity planning and agile project rhythms.
