What you can expect:

As an experienced specialist within our FinPro department, you will provide our Belux clients with solutions related to financial and professional risks such as Directors & Officers Liabilities, Crime, Professional Indemnity, Kidnap & Ransom, Intellectual Property, Fiduciary Liability, etc.

In collaboration with Client Executives, you will prioritize the client's needs and provide proactive advice.

We will count on you to:

Assess the client's risk factors.
Clarify their expectations and requirements.
Establish risk coverages and negotiate them.
Ensure compliance with procedures.
Obtain the best offer from insurers, negotiate the appropriate solution for the client, place the coverage, and liaise with our Claims Advisors.
Stay informed about market and product trends.
Advise clients on renewals, limit increases, and new contracts.

What you need to have:

Proficiency in MS Office.
Flexibility and organizational skills.
Strong commercial sense and negotiation skills.
Assertiveness, a customer-oriented mindset, and a team spirit.
Experience in insurance - financial lines.
Fluency in Dutch and English. (additional French is considered an advantage)
