Treasury Advisor

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Corporate Finance Treasury Advisor (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels.Our client is a company active in the energy sector.As Corporate Finance Treasury Advisor (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:Support debt raising projects and maintain existing financing programs and frameworks.Prepare, review, and negotiate loan documentation, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.Monitor compliance with financial covenants and regulatory requirements.Advise on intra-group loan negotiations with international affiliates.Conduct annual credit rating assessments for the group and subsidiaries.Contribute to budgeting and financial forecasting to support strategic planning and timely reporting.Deliver regular treasury reports on cash positions and financing activities.Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, partners, and rating agencies, as well as internal teams such as Controlling, M&A, and Business Development.Analyze markets to identify opportunities, with a focus on sustainable and project financing, and share insights on industry trends.The required profile for the Corporate Finance Treasury Advisor (m/f/x) position:Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.3–5 years' experience in banking or corporate treasury, especially in corporate finance.Solid background with legal, regulatory, and financial aspects of treasury operations.Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulatory frameworks.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, able to make sound financial decisions under pressure.Strategic mindset, considering organizational impact and exploring alternative solutions.Experience in credit rating modelling and advisory is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.Advanced Excel skills and experience with TMS/ERP systems, preferably Integrity.Fluency in Dutch or French, as well as English, is required.Interested in this position of Corporate Finance Treasury Advisor (m/f/x) at a dynamic company?
