Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Quality Analyst to support data quality management within a banking environment, with a particular focus on KYC and Financial Security.
The role will involve implementing data quality controls, monitoring KPIs, investigating data quality issues, supporting data certification, and contributing to data governance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement data quality controls across different data types.
- Monitor data quality KPIs and enhance data quality dashboards.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis.
- Support data certification processes.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive data documentation.
- Contribute to data governance best practices within the analyst community.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to address data quality concerns.
- Support continuous improvement of data quality processes and controls.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Quality Analysis within the banking sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of Data Quality and Data Governance.
- Familiarity with KYC and Financial Security domains – mandatory.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data governance frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of dashboarding and reporting tools such as Tableau.
- Familiarity with SQL, SAS, or Python.
- Working knowledge of Dutch or French.
