Quality Engineer

What you DO matters

• You maintain and improve the quality management system with the customer as the starting point
• You lead quality projects, root cause analyses, and improvement initiatives from inception to implementation
• You oversee external and internal audits and follow up on audit findings, CAPAs, and exceptions
• You support production orders with high quality requirements and help resolve quality issues
• You assist in handling customer complaints, specifications, deviations, concessions, and quality inquiries
• You promote quality awareness and ensure clear quality documentation, procedures, and reporting

Who you ARE matters

• You are familiar with quality methods such as 8D, FAI, PPAP/DVI, CAPA, ITP, etc.​
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 9100, ISO 19443, and NADCAP is a plus
• You have experience with audits, root cause analyses, and project-based problem-solving
• You quickly get the hang of complex production processes and have an eye for detail when it comes to documentation and administrative follow-up.
• You communicate effectively with customers, production, and multidisciplinary teams
• You are proficient with Microsoft 365; experience with EQMS, QAD, or SAP is a plus
• You have an affinity for digital workflows and enjoy exploring AI, Power Apps, and smart tools
• You work proactively, analytically, and in a solution-oriented manner, and take ownership
