Context:
Our client manages an enterprise Microsoft portfolio (Enterprise Agreement, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot) and a Digital Workplace ecosystem operated with several external partners. In a context of market renewal within the Digital Workplace, structuring of Software & Hardware Asset Management, and evolution of the I&O department's operating model, We are seeking an expert capable of managing these topics from end to end, from contractual governance to organizational support.
Missions
Microsoft Contract Management: Managing the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement in all its dimensions: true-up, renewal, license optimization (E3/F3, LTSC, Power Platform, Project Online…), positioning with regard to audits, financial monitoring and reporting to management.
Digital Workplace: Manage the contractual relationship and performance of Digital Workplace partners (SLA, governance, escalations, roadmap), in conjunction with the Digital Workplace Manager and operational teams.
Expert: Digital Workplace Services market renewal project – Contribute to the drafting of specifications, the analysis of offers, the sourcing strategy and the transition to the new provider(s).
Expert: SAM/HAM project – Define and implement the processes, tools and governance for managing software and hardware assets; ensure license compliance.
Support/ I&O operating model project: Supporting the I&O management's thinking on the target organization: process mapping, flow and role analysis, organizational impacts, preparation of workshops and management decisions.
SKILLS :
Expertise in Microsoft licensing (EA, M365, Power Platform, Copilot, LTSC) and associated contractual mechanisms
Ability to draft and defend market documents (specifications, RFI/RFP, bid analysis)
Enterprise architect vision: ability to connect contracts, processes, organization, and technology
Comfortable working with management and suppliers, with strong negotiation and governance skills
