Forklift / Reach truck Driver

Job description

As a forklift driver (both reachtruck and Heftruck) your tasks may include what is described below:

Duties:

·        Loading and unloading materials from a variety of vehicles.

·        Moving pallet-packed materials around the site or storage facility.

·        Checking loads are secure.

·        Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance.

·        Following written instructions and keeping records.

·        Adhering to health and safety regulations.

·        Completing physical tasks quickly and accurately.

Welder requirements and qualifications

·        Experience working in logistics and with forklifts,

·        Forklifts License preferred but not essential, as out partner may support the right candidate to obtain the license in Belgium, if the candidate has the relevant experience and desire to learn.

·        Good knowledge of and adherence with safety standards,

·        Attention to detail,

·        Critical thinker and problem-solving skills,

·        Good level of English

·        Team player,

Offer:

·        Long term employment contracts

·        Belgium contracts and benefits

·        40 hours per week + Overtime

·        Salary from €2000 per month + meal vouchers + Shift allowance

·        Overtime paid at 150%

·        Accommodation is available with the employer and rents are between €350 and €600 per month bills included.

·        Transport alternatives to be discussed with the employer.
