PROJECT ENGINEER COURCELLES
YOUR ROLE
As Project Engineer, you will report to the Change Program Manager and you will be based in Courcelles, Belgium. Your mission is to optimize processes and systems within CEVA Belgium South, through engineering and improvements projects.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Look proactively for areas for improvement within the Distribution Center in coordination with operations, leans and maintenance & IT teams
- Identify for major areas of opportunities possible improvement and associated technical and operational solutions (in coordination with CEVA engineering network, customer and external providers)
- Build business cases to support new projects, by evaluating the project budget (cost and resources) and the benefits of change to ensure project approval internally and with external customer
- Drive implementation of each project in coordination with internal and external stakeholders tracking spend and progress vs. budget
- Support Change Program Manager for designing site multi-year improvement roadmap
- Support the team to improve how we drive change/ continuous improvement within the site
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Master’s degree in engineering
- 3 to 5 years experience in Logistics, Engineering, Lean/Operational Excellence and Project Management
- Knowledge of automation is a strong asset
- Demonstrate adaptability, rigor and flexibility
- Good communication skills, analytical thinking as well as planning and reporting skills
- Fluent in French and English (read, written and spoken).
