At Barouche 🥙, we bring the sunshine and Mediterranean flavours together in a fast‑casual pita: fresh, fast and full of passion. With 12 buzzing locations in Belgium and more on the way, we’re looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager for our new team in Hasselt.

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead an amazing team, create unforgettable guest experiences and help shape the future of our growing food concept that’s very much in motion

💪 What you’ll do

• You’ll share responsibility for the restaurant’s performance and the guest experience

• You’ll lead, coach and motivate your team, both on the floor and behind the scenes

• You’ll ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently

• You’ll keep everything under control, from stock and scheduling to performance and costs

• You’ll recruit, train and develop a motivated, customer‑first team

• You’ll uphold the highest standards in hygiene, safety and food quality

• You’ll handle feedback and complaints professionally, in a calm and guest‑oriented way

• You’ll work closely with the current Restaurant Manager

• Natural host with a warm and welcoming presence

• Great at connecting with both guests and the team

• Energetic, structured and leadership‑driven, with an eye for detail

• Inspiring and engaged leader who motivates and coaches their team

• Analytical and goal‑oriented, with an eye for figures, costs and performance

• Results‑driven, always with a strong focus on the guest experience

• Clear, decisive and constructive in communication, even under pressure

• Pro‑active problem‑solver who identifies challenges early and takes action

• True team player with a strong, responsible and hands‑on attitude

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality and familiarity with fast‑casual or growing chain environments

• Ambition to grow into a Restaurant Manager role
