Expert Java

We are looking for an Expert Java / Angular Developer to work on the GIANI project related to the digital transformation of client and its beneficiaries.

Activities:

Conception:

• Participate in the technical design of features in collaboration with functional analysts, the technical lead and other team members.
• Design application components in accordance with the architecture and technical standards defined for the project.
• Apply good development practices: Clean Code, quality, …
• Participate in identifying technical impacts and potential dependencies with existing components.

Realization:

• Develop and evolve application modules and components
• Participate in the development of Java Backend and Angular Frontend components
• Develop the required quality in our standards (unit tests, integration tests, etc.) associated with the developed functionalities.
• Correct anomalies and implement functional and technical improvements
• Participate in the refactoring and improvement of existing code in order to enhance its readability, maintainability, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews with other developers

Deployment:

• Participate in the preparation and delivery of developments in different environments
• Validate the deployment and delivery of the solution.
• Adhere to the defined delivery processes and standards for projects

Quality:

• Respect the methodological and technological standards defined by client.
• Ensure the coverage and relevance of unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and the continuous improvement of development practices.
• Contribute to the reduction of technical debt, particularly through refactoring, upgrading libraries and frameworks, and improving existing code.
• Respect the commitments and deadlines defined within the team

Communication:

• Collaborating daily with developers, functional analysts, testers and other project stakeholders
• Participate in the various SCRUM ceremonies
• Share any difficulties, points of concern, and technical risks with the Team Leader or team manager.
• Document the developments made when necessary and share useful knowledge within the team

Project :

GIANTS

It is expected that a range of "standard" interfaces will be available to replace IAM interfaces for both self-service and delegation-based management functionalities. This will be achieved through a front-end/back-end separation, allowing for front-end releases without requiring a separate API release on the back end (and vice versa).

Work environment:

• Depending on the needs and phases of the different projects, the developer may be required to work on several applications and functional areas, in collaboration with functional analysts, testers, developers and other program stakeholders.
• The mission takes place in an Agile / SCRUM environment, with a service-oriented architecture and a technical environment primarily based on Java and Angular.
• The technology stack is based on: Angular 21, Java 8 / JEE 7, Java 21, Sprint Boot, NgRx, DB2, MySQL, Flyway, …
• The build tools are: Apache Maven, Git/GitLab CI/CD, Nexus.
• As a consultant, you are subject to the same working conditions as our internal staff, namely a hybrid mode combining in-person and remote work, with a mandatory minimum of 50% presence in our offices.
• The mission is conducted exclusively in French.
