Are you looking for the opportunity to grow your data and AI expertise while working on projects for clients such as ING, Belfius, Euroclear and SWIFT?
Join our Data & AI team and help financial institutions unlock the value of their data. Think data strategy and governance, AI adoption, regulatory and compliance initiatives, operating model transformations, data-driven customer experiences, and much more.

Your skills & qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in data, business analysis, data governance, reporting, consulting, process improvement or a related field.
- Native fluency in Dutch or French, and fluent English.
- A Master's degree in business, economics, management, IT, engineering or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable to work with different stakeholders.
- An interest in data, AI, business transformation and financial services.
- Experience working with SQL or other data analysis tools.
- A structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to learn quickly and take ownership of your work.
- Exposure to financial services, banking or insurance.
- Experience with Collibra, Microsoft Purview, Alation or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, DORA or BCBS239.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality or AI governance concepts.
- First knowledge of Python.
