IT Project Manager – Certificate Lifecycle Management / PKI
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the first two phases of a project focused on implementing Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) for qualified digital certificates and a Private Key Infrastructure (PKI) for internal certificates.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the project's initial phases.
- Oversee the mapping of certificate-bearing assets and risk assessment.
- Lead the Proof of Concept with the selected Certificate Authority and prepare the business case.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, Infrastructure, Security, ITIL and Monitoring.
- Coordinate architects, PKI/security experts and infrastructure engineers.
- Manage project governance, budget tracking and reporting to senior management.
- Prepare decision-making materials for the project steering committee.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Project Management, preferably in security or infrastructure environments.
- Good knowledge of digital certificates, PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Ability to coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority.
- Knowledge of ACME, SCEP and API integration is a plus.
- Experience in public or semi-public environments is an advantage.
- Awareness of NIS2, crypto-agility and post-quantum transition is a plus.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile is an advantage.
