Belangrijkste doel:
<\/u><\/div>

Tijdig, voor het einde van het contract van de huidige software, een toonaangevende software implementeren die zorgt voor een maximale gebruikerservaring en integratie met de tools van de belangrijkste gebruikers, zodat zij een volledig overzicht hebben in hun eigen tool.

Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van een project om een tool te vervangen. De licentie van de huidige tool loopt af in 2026 en onze klant wil de huidige tool vervangen door een tool in het marktleidende segment. De belangrijkste doelstellingen voor dit project zijn:
<\/div>Tijdige vervanging van de huidige tool die einde contract is in 2026
<\/span><\/li>Verbeterde gebruikerservaring voor onze operators, DGO's en leveranciers die de tool gebruiken.
<\/span><\/li>Integratiemogelijkheden met vergelijkbare tools van de DGO's, IT -leveranciers en intern gebruikte applicaties.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

Deliverables van de projectmanager:
<\/div>

<\/div>Planning & CoÃ¶rdinatie van de projectimplementatie.
<\/span><\/li>Opleveren van het plan & de organisatie voor de toekomstige ondersteuningsorganisatie, die op T&M gebaseerd moet zijn.
<\/span><\/li>Leveren van alle benodigde vereisten voor een openbare aanbesteding. Momenteel bevindt het project zich in de RFP -fase.
<\/span><\/li>Beheer van afhankelijkheden binnen het project en tussen projecten.
<\/span><\/li>Beheer van de coÃ¶rdinatie van de projectleden en IT -middelen
<\/span><\/li>Risico's en problemen detecteren en beperken
<\/span><\/li>Projectcommunicatie, inclusief managementrapportage
<\/span><\/li>Opvolgen en bijwerken van de business case, inclusief scope & financieel beheer
<\/span><\/li>Zorgen voor afstemming met de DGO's over de voorgestelde processen tijdens workshops georganiseerd door het projectteam
<\/span><\/li>De kwaliteit van de eindproducten en de kwaliteit van de bedrijfsprocessen garanderen -> maximale kwaliteit - minimale ondersteuningskosten
<\/span><\/li>Analyse van wijzigingsverzoeken op het project
<\/span><\/li>Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de projectsponsor
<\/span><\/li>Verantwoordelijk voor het creÃ«ren van buy -in voor het project en aanwezig zijn bij touchpointmeetings met stakeholders binnen en buiten de organisatie<\/span>
<\/li>Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van aannemers/onderaannemers
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>

De kandidaat moet ten minste 1 van de volgende certificaten hebben (Prince 2 foundation, Prince 2 practitioner, Prince 2 agile, Scaled agile framework (Safe) , ITIL Foundation, ITIL Practitioner).
<\/span><\/li>Aantoonbare ervaring in een functie als Business Project Manager
<\/span><\/li>Aantoonbare ervaring in het coÃ¶rdineren, communiceren met en faciliteren van externe stakeholders
<\/span><\/li>Aantoonbare ervaring in het beheren van meerjarige projectbudgetten en projecttijdlijnen
<\/span><\/li>Aantoonbare ervaring met management van 3e partijen
<\/span><\/li>Aantoonbare ervaring met de verantwoordelijkheid voor het beheer van een IT -project van A tot Z
<\/span><\/li>Bewezen ervaring met licentiebeheer
<\/span><\/li>Goede kennis van Nederlands of Frans (minimaal C1) EN Engels (C1) + goede kennis van een 2e landstaal (minimaal B1)
<\/span><\/li>Hoger onderwijs (Bachelor of Master diploma)<\/span>
<\/li>Kennis van ITIL -processen en ITSM -tools
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
