As an experienced UX Designer, you design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of our applications.
You pay particular attention to the maintenance and development of the design system . You ensure that the components, models and guidelines remain consistent, accessible and up-to-date, and you support the teams in their correct use.
In concrete terms, you participate in the analysis of needs and ensure you know the users and their environment in order to best determine the requirements of the applications.
You determine and plan the research methods and participate in the recruitment of participants to collect the necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests...).
You propose the most suitable solution and design the low and high fidelity interfaces ( mobile first prototyping).
You assist analysts and developers in the design of user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets the requirements of users and their environment .
You ensure that the graphic design of applications complies with accessibility standards .
You have experience in the design, management and maintenance of design systems and you actively contribute to their evolution.
Throughout the projects, you maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team.
You are bilingual (French and Dutch)
