Project

The Client has started the development of an organisation-wide operation around Data Excellence. This operation aims to manage data in a structured, transparent and sustainable way, so that data can be used to the maximum for operational support, policymaking, reporting, innovation and artificial intelligence. This involves the implementation of a data governance framework, the demarcation of data domains, the introduction of roles such as Data Owner and Data Steward, the development of metadata and data management processes and the strengthening of data and AI literacy within the organization. The elaboration of these ambitions requires both governance and technical expertise. The vacancy below is part of the further development of the Data Excellence and Data Governance framework.

Mission

The Data Governance Consultant supports the development, implementation and operationalisation of the data governance and data excellence framework within the Federal Police. The consultant provides clear structures, roles, processes and agreements, and also supports the development of data training.
