Role Description:
- As a Solution Analyst with SAP expertise, you will contribute to various change requests and projects, either at the request of the business partner or in support of the SAP Service Center itself. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the delivered solutions, particularly regarding the SAP components and their related integrations.
You will therefore be involved in both run and build activities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the root cause of incidents and issues and provide solutions as quickly as possible.
- Deliver both short-term solutions (workarounds) and sustainable long-term solutions.
- Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, including fit/gap analyses between current and future-state processes.
- Write functional specifications related to SAP solutions and hand them over to developers for implementation, while ensuring proper follow-up.
- Configure SAP solutions where required.
- Define test scenarios and execute functional testing of solutions.
- Develop training materials for end users and key users.
- Build knowledge within the SAP Service Center and support colleagues and key users through documentation, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training.
- Provide operational support to key users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and system implementations.
- Perform daily checks and monitoring activities.
Expected Deliverables:
- Documentation of end-user issue solutions.
- Functional specifications.
- Test scenarios and test documentation.
- Training materials.
- Organization of knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
- Required SAP Knowledge
- Strong expertise in SAP SD/MM (S/4HANA).
- Experience with SAP IBP/OBP.
- Experience with SAP EWM is considered an asset.
