Talent Acquisition Lead – Build a Winning Team with Us
Are you ready to take your career to the next level and lead a team of driven recruiters? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Akkodis Belgium
🔹 Lead & Inspire – Motivate and guide a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS) to achieve top results.
🔹 Onboard & Train – Ensure smooth onboarding and training for new team members and support other teams in their onboarding process.
🔹 Coach & Develop – Conduct weekly one-on-one sessions to support your team’s growth and career development.
🔹 Report & Communicate – Provide clear and reliable reports to top management, ensuring transparency.
Your Mission
Lead & Inspire – Motivate and guide a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS) to achieve top results.

Coach & Develop – Conduct weekly one-on-one sessions to support your team’s growth and career development.
Report & Communicate – Provide clear and reliable reports to top management, ensuring transparency.
Your Responsibilities as a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional
End-to-End Recruitment – From sourcing and interviews to salary negotiation and onboarding of technical consultants.
Candidate Relationship Management – Maintain active engagement with candidates and keep them informed about new opportunities.
What We Expect from You
Experienced Recruiter – At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably in consulting, temporary work, or technical/scientific sectors.
Aspiring Leader – Ready to step up into a leadership role and inspire your team.
Language Proficiency – Fluent in Dutch and strong command of English.
Professional & Eager to Learn – Strong in candidate follow-ups and stakeholder management, with a continuous drive to grow.
Flexible Team Player – Thrive in a dynamic environment and build strong relationships within the team.
