Through our online auction platform, we offer over 15.000 vehicles per week, sourced from leading fleet owners, leasing and rental companies, as well as banks and dealerships. Over the last 3 years we have achieved a 45% YoY profitable growth, building a leading market position in Europe. 
As we enter our next growth phase, we are seeking a data-driven Auctions & Pricing Manager to optimize our core engine: the balance between vehicle acquisition costs, auction pricing, and final sale realization. 
The Role 
As Auctions & Pricing Manager, you are the guardian of our margins. You will own the end-to-end pricing strategy for our inventory, ensuring each vehicle generates optimal returns while maintaining high liquidity. You will use data analytics, market intelligence, and behavioral economics to set dynamic reserve prices, starting bids, and "Buy Now" thresholds. 
You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with the Head of Business Development. 

Requirements

Your Profile 

• 3-5 yearsofexperience in auction managementand/orpricing, preferably in automotive or e-commerce industry
• Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to pricing and conversion improvement
• Comfortable with SQL or BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau)and expert in Excel
• Solid understanding of vehicle valuation and used car market dynamics
• Ability to make high-stakes pricing decisions quickly under pressure
• Able to translate complex data into actionable insights

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Deepexpertisein used car market dynamics across several European markets
• Established network within automotive or related industries
• Knowledge ofadditionalEuropean languages(Dutch and/or Frenchpreferred)
