Job description

Leading OT cybersecurity projects for industrial clients, from analysis and design to implementation and delivery
Operational management of your team of OT engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and external partners
Managing scope, planning, budget, risks, and resources
Be the fixed point of contact for the client throughout the entire project
Reporting on your projects, both at an operational level and to the client's management
Coordinating projects related to network segmentation, secure remote access, asset management, monitoring, and OT security governance
Supporting clients in implementing their cybersecurity strategy in accordance with applicable industry norms and standards.
Monitoring the quality, safety, compliance, and profitability of your projects
Coaching engineers and project staff
Contribute to the further expansion of OT cybersecurity services
Collaborating with international partners and experts in industrial cybersecurity

What you bring

Bachelor or Master in Automation, Electromechanics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent
Extensive experience in project management, with a background in industrial automation and networks.
Experience leading complex industrial projects and managing a team of engineers
Experience with budget management, contract management, and project reporting
Thorough knowledge of industrial automation systems: PLC, SCADA, DCS, and industrial networks
Insight into OT environments and the interaction between IT and OT
Interested in OT cybersecurity ; experience with network segmentation, firewalls, remote access, or monitoring is a plus.
Knowledge of IEC 62443 and NIS2 is an asset.
Experience with cybersecurity assessments, audits, or maturity tracks is a plus .
Experience developing new opportunities with clients is a plus.
Fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus
Willing to travel abroad occasionally
Driving license B
