Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the business, and manage performance and business reporting
- Deliver and support business strategy
- Lead the Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting process
- Facilitate business discussions on the plans and initiatives to drive practical and realistic budgets
- Facilitate senior leadership team in forming a strategic response and providing useful insights
- Coach and mentor regional finance team members
- Deliver on business priorities
- Contribute to setting local market pricing strategies
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Be a change advocate with a focus on driving adoption to embed and sustain the changes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a finance business partner leading a small finance team
- Experience in working with SAP or similar packages
- Pro-active with a clear commercial mentality/business orientation
- Credibility and integrity with partners to build trust and influence
- Able to balance a combination of big picture critical thinking and detail e.g. why are we doing this (strategy) and how are we going to get there (detail)
- Have a clear head for numbers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-oriented and hands-on mentality
- Experience in a multi-country role
- Languages: English is required. Other languages are an advantage.
