UX Designer
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of applications and websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing.
- Analyse user needs and translate them into effective UX solutions.
- Design low- and high-fidelity prototypes using a mobile-first approach.
- Maintain and further develop the Design System, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability.
- Support analysts and developers in implementing user-centred interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams throughout projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer.
- Strong experience with Figma, Axure, and Conceptboard.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and accessibility principles.
- Experience designing, managing, and maintaining Design Systems.
- Strong user research and usability testing skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bilingual French and Dutch.
- A portfolio is mandatory; applications without a portfolio will be rejected.
