Your Responsibilities as HR Business Partner :
- Advisor for your stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR
- Absenteeism management
- Supporting and executing in unrolling new and existing HR policies
- Responsible for introducing new employees to Corporate Compliance
- Translation of the companies HR/People agenda to your Branch(es)
- Ensures the assigned Branch(es) act in line with used quality systems, local laws and legislation
- Responsible for absenteeism level of your Branch(es)
- Responsible for assigned companywide HR tasks
- Reporting activities
Your Profile as HR Business Partner:
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency French and English
- Strong interest in People and the Business
- Minimum 3 years’ HR experience as HRBP
