Your Day-to-Day:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, youll be the first point of contact for customers across various channelsphone, email, chat, and social media. Your mission? Deliver top-notch service, solve problems, and leave customers feeling supported and valued.
You'll:

Help customers with orders, questions, and tech issues

Are You a Great Fit?
️ Experience in customer support (voice, email, or chat) is a big plus
️ Tech-savvy or have troubleshooting experience? Even better
️ Excellent communication and multitasking skills
️ Cool under pressure, with a positive attitude
️ Fluent in French and English
