We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician with a keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping complex production machinery in top shape. You’ll play a key role in ensuring reliability, efficiency, and smooth operations across our food packaging and processing lines.
Your Profile
- Technical qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
- 7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills and proactive mindset
- Team-oriented communicator, committed to safety and quality
- Fluent in English and open to learning Dutch (French a plus)
- Available for 2-shift rotation (05:00–13:00 / 13:00–21:00)
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime
- Detect and report potential issues before they escalate
- Execute mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to improve performance
- Support external service providers and mentor junior technicians
- Accurately log maintenance work in the management system
- Uphold all safety, hygiene, and environmental standards
