As a growing company, Waterleau is always looking for enthusiastic professionals who want to work in an environment full of revolutionary technology.

The Customer Services department is responsible for the handling of spare parts for our installations worldwide.

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be part of an enthusiastic and committed team. You are the link between the customer and various departments within and outside the Waterleau Group. You guarantee quality service from customer requests to delivery of spare parts with respect for deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and high-quality responses to inquiries regarding spare parts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and follow up on quotations by leveraging sales and technical expertise to meet customer needs effectively.
Manage the end-to-end process of contract and order management, including reviewing contract terms, ensuring compliance, and addressing any contractual obligations.
Oversee the complete administrative processing of sales orders, purchase orders, and invoicing to ensure smooth operations.
Support the logistics department by providing essential shipping documentation such as certificates, technical documents, safety sheets, etc.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate account information.
Act as a dedicated Waterleau ambassador demonstrating a customer-centric approach and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in contract management and administrative processes.
Knowledge of sales processes and technical affinity to spare parts.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Strong work ethic, eager to learn and a team player.
Knowledge of SAP/S4Hana & CRM is a plus.
