Senior ICT Manager
Location: Brussels, Belgium – Hybrid
Duration: Multi-year assignment, subject to client approval
Level: Senior / Expert
We are looking for an experienced Senior ICT Manager to support the organisation, management and optimisation of IT services and the development of a future-ready shared services and IT governance model.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the operational feasibility of the proposed IT Operating Model.
- Advise on IT services, service management processes, organisational structures and capabilities.
- Support the development of service catalogues, organisational models and capacity plans.
- Define responsibilities, future roles and team structures.
- Manage vendors and outsourcing models.
- Assess the operational impact of further IT centralisation.
Key Requirements
- Strong expertise in IT Operations, IT Governance and Service Management.
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL, Service Catalog Design and KPI Management.
- Experience with Organisational Design, Vendor Management and Workforce Planning.
- Proven experience managing or leading centralised ICT organisations.
- Native/bilingual Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
